Exam Grievances Redressal System

S.T. Hindu College has an efficient and structured Examination grievance redressal system that addresses to students’ exam related grievances at full tilt. Students have multiple channels to raise their grievances including the class tutor, head of the department, Examination cell, Principal, and the web portal. The grievances are classified into College and University levels to take appropriate action.

All exam related announcements and notifications are displayed in college notice board and announced via intercom throughout the campus. The university conducts end semester examinations and has a revaluation system. In case a student feels the need for revaluation, the college provides guidance and assistance in the process. Students’ result related issues and other discrepancies are addressed immediately through grievance letters, sent to the Controller of Examination (University), through the Principal.
